Terminology of the strap
Lug Width - The internal width of your watch case lugs.
Buckle Width - The internal width of the buckle.
- Important: If measuring your old strap, measure the internal width of the buckle, not the width of the long end! The long end might have compressed/expanded over time and thus give an inaccurate reading.
Long End - The length of the long end of the strap, from lug holes to tip.
Short End - The length of the short end of the strap, excluding the buckle.
Terminology of the strap - cont.
Edge Paint Colour - The colour on the side of the strap.
- Here, Jade Edge Paint (matching the thread) on the side of the strap.
Lining Colour - The colour on the underside of the strap.
- Here, Jade Chevre Lining on the underside of the strap.
Rough Sizing Guide - General
Wrist Size (inches) - Strap Dimensions:
5.0" to 5.5" - 95/60
5.5" to 5.8" - 100/60
5.9" to 6.2" - 105/65
6.3" to 6.6" - 110/70
6.7" to 7.0" - 115/75
7.1" to 7.4" - 125/75
7.5" to 7.8" - 130/80
7.9" to 8.2" - 135/85
8.3" to 8.6" - 145/85
If you are in between sizes, select the smaller size for a shorter tail, or the longer size for a longer tail.
Rough Sizing Guide - Omega Style
Wrist Size (inches) - Strap Dimensions:
5.9" to 6.5" - 95/85
6.6" to 7.1" - 100/90
7.2" to 7.7" - 105/95
7.8" to 8.3" - 110/100
8.4" to 8.9" - 115/105
