As every watch strap is custom made exact to your specifications, generally I do not accept returns for custom orders.

Strap thickness with padding (at thickest point near lugs):
Thick: 4mm tapering to 2 - 2.2mm.
Slight: 3.5mm tapering to 2 - 2.2mm.

Avoid as much as possible:
Water;
Oils (including perfumes).
Additional
If thoroughly wet, pat the leather dry as much as possible before leaving it out to dry fully before storing.
If there is excess sweat on the underside of the strap, similarly pat dry as much as possible before storing the strap.
Entirely Handmade.
Every leather watch strap is 100% handcut and handmade in Singapore by myself, using the finest leathers and tools.
Premium Leathers.
The leathers I work with for my crafts are sourced from the best tanneries globally, who likewise supply large fashion brands you know and love, such as:
1) Heng Long Tannery (LVMH) / Hermes Cuirs Preciux (HCP) Tannery;
2) Shinki Hikaku & Rocado; and
3) Tannerie Degermann & Tannerie d'Annonay.
Atelier Kai is the only place I will go for my bespoke straps. He has a huge assortment of unique leathers, is passionate about providing the highest level quality products, and is incredibly easy and enjoyable to work with. I have purchased several bespoke straps from Atelier Kai and each one was a visual and tactile delight. This Vampire Black strap that I like to call my "Devil May Cry' strap completely transformed my GMT1. I cannot recommend Atelier Kai enough for any serious watch collector that wants a bespoke strap worthy of their treasures.
