Order Acceptance & Refunds

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This however does not signify our acceptance of your order, and we reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Most of the time, your order will be accepted. However as many of the leathers (especially exotics) are seasonal/one-off, there may be issues in order fulfilment as we might have not been able to take down that particular leather that has become unavailable fast enough before another order for it comes through.

  • In such a case, orders that have been placed for which you have been billed, will be refunded in the original currency charged.

In any other case, should we receive your order confirmation but are unable to fulfil your order, we will cancel the affected order and refund your purchase price in full.

Returns

Generally, as every leather good made at Atelier KAI is bespoke and Made-To-Order to custom specifications, returns are NOT accepted.

However, if there are any issues regarding the product due to our mistakes, the affected UNWORN & UNUSED product is eligible for a return/refund and we will cover the shipping fee up to a certain amount:

  • S$50 for international orders, S$5 for local (Singapore) orders.

In situations where the product has an issue due to our mistake but has been worn & used, returns are NOT ACCEPTED.
